Launchpad Learning (L2I) is seeking a Sales Associate who will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and LaunchPad Learning Services. Deliver LaunchPad Learning offerings to schools in Calgary and surrounding areas. Represent LaunchPad Learning Services in recreational centers.
Responsibilities
- Expand visibility of the company brand and services through direct and face to face communication with clients
- Reach out to potential clients and educate them about the services available to expand business
- Administer contract terms with clients and close sales
- Attend sales and promotional events within the city.
- Educate marketing team with clients requirements to create better services and resources
- Set sales goals and work towards meeting targets
- Design and develop your own sales strategies to achieve and go beyond expected targets
- Attend regular team meetings, sales trainings and workshops
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service field/Sales.
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English
- A solid competitive drive and commitment to sales
- Minimum of one year of customer service, retail or sales experience preferred
- Able to multi task in a fast paced and flexible environment
- Energetic and sales driven with a passion to work.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Valid Driving License and Drivers Abstract
- A strong focus on building positive rapport with customers
- A willingness to receive feedback to further personal development
- High sense of confidentiality, discretion and dependability
